Memory
Otto keeps useful context close to home so tasks, history, and decisions can be explained.
Robot Home field notes
The public front door for Otto: a local-first AI orchestrator, a cozy Robot Home, and the animal agent crew that helps it think, build, remember, watch, and verify.
Ottopedia is public. OttoRPG is the protected interactive home and may ask you to sign in.
Home palette lab
Mix a playful Ottopedia palette for this browser. Presets, mixer bars, and swatches update the page instantly, and your choice is remembered locally.
What is Otto?
Otto is the central orchestrator: a local-first AI steward that routes work, remembers context, watches system health, and keeps protected actions behind review. Robot Home is the house-shaped interface for understanding what Otto is doing.
Otto keeps useful context close to home so tasks, history, and decisions can be explained.
Approval and review flows are treated as protected system gates, not casual game buttons.
Worker health, queues, alerts, and build status are surfaced as readable house state.
Code and project work can become quests while still respecting Otto governance.
Animal agents
The animals are not random mascots. Each one represents a real Otto capability, so the public guide and the protected RPG use the same mental map.
Protected interface
OttoRPG is the cozy, Webkinz-inspired app/game where rooms, quests, bells, and animal agents represent Otto system concepts. Ottopedia explains the world publicly; OttoRPG is the login-gated place to walk through Robot Home.
Privacy and safety
Ottopedia does not expose live Otto runtime controls, operator approvals, Telegram control, private memory files, logs, API keys, or local filesystem paths. The RPG subdomain is intended to run behind Cloudflare Access and default to safe demo data, so the public site can stay welcoming without opening private controls.
